whats the best way to get buffer scorch marks of a lino floor?

ive just started a new cleaning job and the previous cleaner ran amock with the buffer. now there are black scorch marks all over the shop floor. nail polish remover does work on it but leaves white residue marks that wont come [...]]]></description>

How difficult is doing a moped upgrade kit?

For someone who doesn't have any experience with motors but, is handy enough to put together and repair a bicycle. Can change car oil, replace belts, tires, average car maintenance. That's about the extent of my mechanical prowess. 
I know I need a 26' bike any recommendations?

What would it take to make a bicycle into a moped with a go cart engine but still use the gears on the bike?
