Hi!!! I', sorry but I dont know much about Haro...But i do know Dave Mirra wasn't sponsered yet if the bike is 1989. BUT... If the 04 at the end of the serial number is the year that would make more sense because Mirra rode for haro at that time! Now here are some the Dave Mirra Haro Pictures.
